A fun Italian style sparkling with a burst of citrus acidity and a dry finish.

Very pale in colour, aroma is subtle blend of tropical, herbaceous and confectionery notes. Fine mouth-filling mousse carries bright and refreshing fruit characters through to a longer finish. Grown on ultra cool vineyards and harvested early to retain freshness. Produced in the traditional method; bottle fermented with maturation on yeast lees. Dosed with a small amount of sugar to promote fruitfulness.
