From Carricante grapes, harvested in the first decade of October, the Isolano is born, with a straw yellow color with golden reflections, the nose presents a refined bouquet with fragrant citrus scents, notes of broom in bloom and Mediterranean herbs. Isolano is a white wine of enveloping elegance which on the palate stands out for its persistence and extraordinary volcanic minerality. At the table it is perfect with shellfish, vegetarian first courses, porcini mushrooms, fish dishes or white meats.
